With love and gratitude, we remember Dr Ackerman’s relentlessly optimistic spirit, his dedication to his patients, and his love for his True North team. He was a thoughtful, inspiring leader who moved through each challenge with love, kindness, and open-mindedness. He encouraged all of us daily to think critically, ask questions, and love unconditionally.
He was an outstanding captain of our ship, and his light will be missed, not only throughout our halls, but also in the community he so graciously gave his time to make better. Our practice is immensely better for having had him with us, and we will continue to follow his footsteps to make True North the most patient-focused practice possible.
